Why do you ask what day and time I came in?
So we know who helped you. We don't post our team members' names online, so the store, the day and the time tell our leadership team who was working. If you know their name or want to describe them, there's a spot for that too, and only our leadership sees it.
Will my shoutout be posted on the website?
Only if you say it's OK. We read every shoutout first, may trim it a little, and show it with your first name and last initial. Either way, we share it with our team.
What happens after I send a shoutout?
It goes straight to our leadership team. We share it with everyone at that store, and the team member you bragged on gets a thank-you from us.
Can I give a shoutout to a pickup & delivery driver?
Yes. Choose Pickup & delivery, pick the store your order came from (Davis and Sulphur orders come from Wash Bar Pauls Valley) and the day your laundry was picked up or delivered.
Something didn't go right on my visit. What should I do?
