How does laundry pickup & delivery work?
Pick your town, then book a pickup day and time in the Wash Bar app or the scheduler on this page. Set your bag out (you don't need to be home) and a Wash Bar driver picks it up. We wash it in its own machines at your local Wash Bar, fold and package it, and bring it back to your door.
Where do you pick up and deliver?
From every Wash Bar store, in Ada, Ardmore and Pauls Valley, and on our routes to Davis and Sulphur, plus the towns in between. Pickup & delivery in Stratford, Wynnewood and Lone Grove is coming soon. Not sure about your address? The scheduler checks it when you book.
Is pickup & delivery free?
Yes, pickup & delivery is free inside city limits. You pay for the laundry service itself, and you see the exact price before you book.
How much does it cost?
Wash & fold is priced by the pound and dry cleaning by the item. Your price is shown in the app and the scheduler before you book, so there are no surprise fees.
How fast will I get my laundry back?
Most orders are back within 24 to 48 hours, and you choose your delivery day and time when you book.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Leave your laundry by the door, or wherever you tell us in the app, and we'll text you when the driver is on the way and again when it's delivered.
How do I get 35% off?
Download the Wash Bar app, create an account and schedule your first pickup in the app. First-time pickup & delivery customers get 35% off their first order in the Wash Bar app, applied automatically at checkout.
Can I book without the app?
Yes. Use the scheduler on this page, or open it full screen, on any phone or computer. The 35% first-order discount is for orders placed in the Wash Bar app.
Do you pick up dry cleaning?
Yes. Add dry cleaning to any pickup and it comes back on hangers. You don't need to provide your own.
Can I leave special care instructions?
Yes. Add notes when you book, like hang-dry items or how you like things folded, and our team follows them. Free & Clear detergent is available at no extra charge.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The Wash Bar app shows your order's status from pickup to delivery.
How do I pay?
Securely in the app or the online scheduler when you book. We accept all major credit cards.
